Come to the Friday Night Races!
Coach Max Thompson is running Friday Night Cross-Country Races scheduled for Fridays January 13th, February 10th and March 16th from 4:30 - 6pm. Races are open to all boys and girls at all levels. Awards will be given to the top 3 boys and girls in each level. Entry registration and $10 fee is on the day of the race at the COPY lodge. Jindro Mayer - In Our Hearts Forever
Jindro Mayer was a cherished coach for Ski Jumping in Canada and an integral part of our program from 1993 to 2004. He and his 8 year old daughter died tragically in a car collision on a strip of icy highway, on their way to a Calgary Hitmen hockey game. The Annual Springer Tournee was inaugurated in September 2005 in memory of Jindro.
